The choice of the studio's location is not coincidental, as it fits in with Miele's sustainability strategy. Owned by Warimpex, the Ogrodowa 8 Office building has been designed with respect for the architectural integrity of the city in terms of history, and at the same time with the highest standard of quality, using the most modern technologies available and based on the principles of sustainable development, including protection of the environment, and a pleasant employee experience. The building has been classified as compliant with the EU's taxonomy for environmentally sustainable business operations, and has also received a WELL Health & Safety Rating, as well as the BREEAM In-Use certification "Excellent".

Miele Experience Center is the largest exhibition of Miele appliances in Łódź and a place where you can test all types of appliances, over a cup of coffee. Architects will find inspiration and specific solutions when designing kitchens for their clients. The exhibition area is divided into laundry areas, vacuum cleaners, coffee makers and built-in appliances. There is also a fully functional kitchen, intended for demonstrations and culinary workshops, always conducted in the spirit of less waste. The hostess here will usually be chef Magda Klimczak. 
The Łódź studio has been in operation since mid-May and is the eighth Miele Experience Center in Poland.
