Lodz, August 6, 2024 - Today's office tenants attach great importance to comfort and health-promoting solutions in buildings. These needs are noted by Warimpex, which has achieved WELL Health-Safety certification in the Mogilska 35 Office building in Krakow, as well as renovated it in the Mogilska 43 Office building in Krakow and the Ogrodowa 8 Office building in Lodz.
The labor market, which has been changing in recent years, is evolving to take more and more account of employees' needs and well-being. The real estate industry is noticing this, which is why certifications such as WELL, a building certification system that focuses on the health, well-being and comfort of tenants, are becoming increasingly important.
"We know how important it is to make the office space in which we work healthy and comfortable. With the right acoustics and soundproofing of the room, concentration and analytical ability increase, while being in spaces with good air quality translates into better well-being for employees. That's why we place great importance on ensuring that Warimpex's office buildings meet these criteria and are a good place to work. We are happy to have received the certification, it is confirmation that our efforts in this area are going in the right direction," says Jerzy Krogulec, CEO of Warimpex Poland.
The Well Certificate consists of 10 categories: air, nutrition, water, light, movement, acoustics, thermal comfort, materials, mind, community. Within these categories, there are 108 aspects that are analyzed in terms of their impact on human health, corresponding to the criteria that a facility must meet.
