Warimpex obtains building permit for its first residential development in Poland

Vienna/Kraków, 27 October 2025 – Warimpex has obtained a building permit for its latest project, and at the same time, its first residential development in Poland – MOG31, located at 31 Mogilska Street in Kraków, with a total area exceeding 8,000m 2 . This marks a key milestone in the implementation of an investment that will soon enrich one of the city’s main arteries with a modern, multifunctional residential building constructed at the highest standards and in line with the principles of sustainable development.


A modern investment in the heart of Kraków

The MOG31 project is being developed within a growing complex of buildings created by Warimpex in the area of Mogilskie Roundabout – in the immediate vicinity of Kraków’s city centre. The location ensures convenient access to public transport, schools, recreational areas, and the city’s most important cultural attractions. The presence of offices, restaurants, and service points within the complex makes the MOG31 development a perfect example of Kraków’s implementation of the “15-minute city” concept. “Obtaining the building permit for the MOG31 project paves the way for the implementation of Warimpex’s first residential development in Poland. The total area will exceed 8,000m 2 including retail and service areas on the ground floor. The building will consist of 11 floors and feature 146 apartments of various sizes – from compact studios to spacious five-room units. Functional layouts, large glazing, and high, airy architecture will ensure excellent natural light and an exclusive appearance of the living spaces. The project will also offer residents an underground car park, bicycle storage, a fitness and gym area, a lounge club, and a green courtyard designed for relaxation. A presentable entrance lobby and elegant common areas will emphasize the prestigious character of the
development.


High standards and eco-friendly solutions

The residential project at 31 Mogilska Street is being developed to ensure durability, comfort, and energy efficiency. The design includes energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors, high-quality thermal insulation and windows with enhanced acoustic and thermal performance, as well as smart home systems with remote controlled apartment functions. For the finishings of the common areas, materials with increased resistance to damage and dirt will be used, ensuring the durability and aesthetics of the interiors.
