Vienna/Kraków, 27 October 2025 – Warimpex has obtained a building permit for its latest project, and at the same time, its first residential development in Poland – MOG31, located at 31 Mogilska Street in Kraków, with a total area exceeding 8,000m 2 . This marks a key milestone in the implementation of an investment that will soon enrich one of the city’s main arteries with a modern, multifunctional residential building constructed at the highest standards and in line with the principles of sustainable development.

The MOG31 project is being developed within a growing complex of buildings created by Warimpex in the area of Mogilskie Roundabout – in the immediate vicinity of Kraków’s city centre. The location ensures convenient access to public transport, schools, recreational areas, and the city’s most important cultural attractions.
