Vienna, 11 June 2025 - Cowork by Memos, a network of flexible office spaces owned by the Warimpex Group, is expanding its locations in Poland. Responding to rising demand, the company will add 1,500 sqm of coworking space across Kraków and Łódź by the end of the year.
With four locations in Poland — Red Tower and Ogrodowa Office in Łódź, and Mogilska 35 and Mogilska 43 in Kraków — Cowork by Memos already offers over 6,000 sqm and around 600 workstations. The expansion includes 450 sqm in Ogrodowa Office, 650 sqm in Red Tower, and 350 sqm in Mogilska 35. Currently, more than 50 tenants, including major players from the pharmaceutical, IT, banking, and architecture sectors, trust in Cowork by Memos for their office space needs.
