Kraków/Vienna, 4 March 2026 – Warimpex has begun construction of the MOG31 residential building in Kraków. Located at 31 Mogilska Street, this investment is the company's first residential project in Poland. Completion is scheduled for mid-2028.
Prior to the start of construction, apartment sales were launched, meeting with considerable interest from the market. Within the first few weeks, as many as 25% of the units were reserved, progressing to the development agreement stage. This supports our confidence in Kraków’s housing market and the appeal of centrally located, high-quality investments.

MOG31 is a ten-storey residential building with 145 apartments of various sizes, ranging from compact studios to spacious four-room units. Located in the immediate vicinity of Rondo Mogilskie, the development aligns with the concept of a “15-minute city”, providing quick access to key business, educational, and cultural centres in Kraków.
Residents will have access to a representative lobby with a reception desk and concierge service, as well as a fitness area, lounge club, and green patio. The project also includes underground parking, a bicycle storage room, and commercial and service premises on the ground floor. The investment is being carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction and modern technological standards, using energy-efficient solutions and smart home systems.
