Vienna, 4 June 2025 - Warimpex announces the signing of a lease with a new U.S.-based tenant at the Mogilska 35 Office building in Krakow. The financial services company, which specialises in international money transfers, will move into the approximately 3,000 sqm office later this year.

The new tenant is a fast-growing U.S. American technology company that operates globally, serving clients in more than 170 countries. Their new headquarters in Poland will occupy the second and third floors of Mogilska 35 offices, using approximately 3,000 m² of modern office space. Adaptation work is currently underway, which will prepare the space for launch by the end of the year.

The Mogilska 35 office building was completed at the end of 2023 and is a modern, class A office building, in line with the latest architectural and technological standards. It is located in the heart of Kraków in close proximity to the Mogilskie Roundabout - one of the key transportation hubs in the city, perfectly connecting this location to every district of the city. The office building meets the highest standards in terms of sustainable design and green construction, and is subject to BREEAM certification at the “Excellent” level.
