Kraków/Vienna, 12 March 2026 – The main tenant of the Mogilska 43 Office Building – an international company that is a leader in the chemical industry – has decided to extend its lease for another term. The company’s office occupies approximately 5,000 sqm of modern office space that is fully tailored to the needs of their personnel. The lease extension for the coming years confirms the high quality of the long-standing cooperation with Warimpex – maintained continuously since the building was delivered – as well as the tenant’s trust in the building’s standard and reliability.

The tenant was represented by JLL experts during the lease negotiations.

On Mogilska 43 Office

Mogilska 43 Office was built by Warimpex and first opened in 2019. It has 11,344 sqm of leasable office space and 1,565 sqm of leasable retail space. It is a modern Class A office building designed with a strong focus on workplace comfort, employee wellbeing and sustainability, as confirmed by its BREEAM and WELL certifications. The building is located near Rondo Mogilskie, one of Kraków’s main transport hubs, providing convenient access to the city.
