The main tenant of the Mogilska 43 Office Building – an international company that is a leader in the chemical industry – has decided to extend its lease for another term. The company’s office occupies approximately 5,000 sqm of modern office space that is fully tailored to the needs of their personnel. The lease extension for the coming years confirms the high quality of the long-standing cooperation with Warimpex – maintained continuously since the building was delivered – as well as the tenant’s trust in the building’s standard and reliability.
