Close-up: Vienna House Dream Castle & Vienna House Magic Circus

The hotels are perfectly located next to a TGV high speed train station with connections to major European capitals and are also easily accessible by Paris public transport and motorway.

Vienna House Dream Castle was developed by Warimpex and opened in 2004. It is like a magical world in beautiful French garden surroundings, designed in the style of an historic palace. There are 397 rooms and suites, most of which are family-friendly equipped, having four beds. Two freshly renovated restaurants with a terrace and a bar offer breakfast, French delicacies, buffet and à la carte lunch and dinner options as well as cocktails. For the ultimate in relaxation, the spa area is equipped with a heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and fitness studio. Moreover, Vienna House Dream Castle is the perfect destination for business trips and seminars by offering 600 sqm of space dedicated to events and conferences.

The nearby Vienna House Magic Circus was acquired and rebranded by Warimpex back in 2007 and refurbished in 2018. The magic of the circus comes to life in the colourful design, which runs through the interior and is influenced by acrobats, jugglers and clowns. Built in the style of an old manor house, the hotel is located in a charming garden with a lake. Vienna House Magic Circus offers its guests 396 rooms and suites, very well suited for families. There is one restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner with traditional and European cuisine and also a bar to enjoy a glass of French wine or a digestive. The wellness area with an indoor pool and a fitness studio is the perfect place to relax after an exhausting day. For business stays and seminars, eight conference rooms on 680 sqm of space are awaiting guests.

Both hotels are held by Warimpex in a 50 % joint venture and financed through a financial leasing. After some difficult months in 2015 and 2016 in the Paris region, the numbers of tourists are rising significantly. As a result, both occupancy and average room rate have increased again in the first half of 2018.
