This year marks the 20th anniversary of the angelo Hotel Prague, a milestone that highlights Warimpex's long-standing contribution to hotel development across Central and Eastern Europe.

Opened in 2006, the angelo Hotel Prague was developed as a 4-star property located just minutes from Prague's historic city centre. From the outset, it stood out for its contemporary design concept, offering guests a fresh take on hospitality in one of Europe's most visited cities.

The hotel features 168 rooms and suites, more than 360 m² of conference and event space, and an underground parking garage - a combination that made it equally attractive for leisure travellers, business guests, and event organisers.

The property was part of Warimpex's broader strategy of developing high-quality hotel assets in key urban markets across the region. In 2016, after a decade of successful operation, Warimpex divested the hotel, completing a full investment cycle from development to sale.

Twenty years on, the angelo Hotel Prague (now OREA Hotel Angelo) remains a strong example of how thoughtful design and strategic location can create lasting value - both for guests and for the hospitality market in Prague.
