Class A office space will be supplemented with an underground car park and a retail/service area on the ground floor, with an area of over 5,000 square metres. The first stage is scheduled to commence in late 2021.

In addition, the building will have two underground levels with parking spaces for 391 cars. The area of a typical office floor in the stage-one building will be around 2,600 square metres.

The complex is expected to receive a BREEAM sustainability certificate with a rating of Very Good. Thanks to its high ceilings and large panes of glass, the building in Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street will provide well-lit office spaces to improve the tenants’ experience. It will also have charging stations for electric cars, a bicycle storage room and a locker room with showers. The buildings will be equipped with the most modern ventilation and air conditioning systems, together with air purifiers and appropriate filters, to ensure the comfort and safety of employees.
