The second coworking space in the Red Tower building at 148/150 Piotrkowska Street is located on the second floor. Customers have 600 sqm of space at their disposal, which has been divided into spaces of different sizes. You can rent a single desk here, as well as use rooms that are designed for 3-9 people. Everything is adapted to the modern working model and the need for integration, so an important part of the new coworking concept are the common spaces, filled with plants.

People using the Red Tower Cowork may be inspired by graphics, photographs and even murals by artists such as Tope, Maciej Walczak, Egon Fietke, Obiektor, Hakobo, Gu-Tang Clan, Urszula Tarasiewicz and Veronika Taussig. In addition, in an effort to support employees in their athletic and eco-friendly lifestyles, the building's owner has provided bicycle rooms - one of which is located in the former vault and is equipped to charge e-bikes as well as electric scooters. Tenants also have free wifi and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine at their disposal . You can even play a game of billiards at your leisure.
A flexible offer
Offices at Cowork by Memos can be rented for as little as one day. Those unsure if the solution will work for them have the option of a free trial day to help make their decision. A single desk, for one day, can be rented for as little as PLN 50. Packages, e.g. for 5 or 10 days, are available too. As for serviced offices, on the other hand, their cost depends on the number of workplaces provided in them. The prices of individual desks in this format start from PLN 1,000 per month.
If the tenant runs their own business, they can register it at the Red Tower address. There are also spacious meeting rooms, which are not only available to Cowork by Memos clients.
The new Cowork by Memos in Red Tower is the second of its kind in this building, owned by Warimpex. The other coworking spaces operate on the 12th and 18th floors. In total, there is 1,800 sqm of space available, with about 160 workspaces set up for both, serviced offices and individual desks. In addition to the space in the Red Tower, coworking spaces managed by Memos are located in the office building Ogrodowa8 in Łódź and also in Kraków's Mogilska 43 Office building.
